We're Here to Help Keep Your Product Working

As part of our commitment to product longevity and sustainability, we offer repair services for eligible products in accordance with applicable EU repairability requirements.


Where your product is eligible for repair, we will assess your request and, where repair is possible, carry out the repair as soon as reasonably practicable.


Repairs on machines that are out of warranty, are repaired at a reasonable price based on the nature of the repair required.

Our repair service is available for the following products:

  • Refrigeration
  • Cooking Appliances
  • Laundry
  • Dishwashers

How Our Repair Service Works

1. Complete the Repair Request Form below.

2. Our team will review the information provided.

3. We will contact you to confirm whether your product is eligible for repair.

4. If required, we may arrange for inspection or diagnostic assessment.

5. We will provide details of the repair, estimated timescale and any applicable charges before work begins.

6. Once approved, we will complete the repair.


Indicative Repair Prices

The prices below are intended as a guide only. Actual repair costs may vary depending on the condition of the product, the fault identified, and any replacement parts required.

| Minor repair (adjustments, minor component replacement) | From €60 + VAT |

| Standard repair | From €100 + VAT|

| Major repair | From €130 + VAT |

| Labour (where applicable) | €75 + VAT per hour |

| Parts (if applicable) | Charged per part |


*Any diagnostic charge will be confirmed before inspection takes place. Where a repair proceeds, the diagnostic charge may be deducted from the final repair cost where applicable.

Typical Repair Times

Estimated repair times are:

  • Initial review of your request: 2–3 working days
  • Inspection (if required): 5 working days
  • Standard repair: 5–10 working days following approval
  • Complex repairs: We will advise you following assessment.
